Because we are an outdoor facility our policy is there will be no refunds due to inclement weather or early departure.

For a Confirmed Reservation: Reservations are secured by a deposit at time of booking as follows:

Happy Acres Lodge and Cabins Deposit: 1/2 the cost of your stay is required to confirm and hold your reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date and a signed Reservation Agreement and credit card slip must be on file for your reservation to be guaranteed.

All Campsites and Mountain Den Units: 1/2 the price of your stay is required to confirm and hold your reservation with the balance due at time of arrival, and a signed Reservation Agreement and credit card slip (if applicable) must be on file for your reservation to be guaranteed, with the balance due at time of arrival.
